Cynthia Rowley was a parade of dreamy dresses and broken-glass sequins on a backdrop of Gotham Hall’s Ballroom, especially haunted for the proceedings. Everything was draped in huge white sheets and models emerged from a dilapidated stage like darling little ghosts with tightly curled bangs. As always, the clothes were the purest interpretation of pretty.

Backstage, I got a close-up glimpse of the garments before they were bagged and hauled out. Look at these beautiful sequins! I even ran into some friends working as dressers.
I also spotted Waris Ahluwalia and decided to pop over and ask him a few questions about what he had for breakfast. He drinks smoothies, in case you’re wondering!
He was whisked away before I could get a photo. I know, I’m working on my interviewer skills. ;}
