Since cutting off all of my hair and resolving to spend some time in the woods, I’ve been especially grateful for the mini paradise that is my parents’ front porch.
For years, I’ve walked outside to soak in cool, rainy (and crisp) mornings in the woods. The sound of birds, the scurry of squirrels, and the freshest air… It really is something to be grateful for.
This week it’s been cooler in the morning and we’ve had plenty of rain to brighten up the leaves. I’ve been whipping up instant matcha lattes to accompany me on my cozy porch excursions.
I’m always on the hunt for different instant matcha blends to try, and I really like the most recent one I’ve been sipping. This post isn’t sponsored or anything, but I had to share this find!
This Lakanto matcha Latte mix is Non-GMO, vegan, and sugar-free. It’s sweetened with monk fruit, which is a pretty particular flavor (it’s a little like sweetening something with dates, if you ask me).
We all know green tea is “good for you”, but after reading this package I learned that this particular blend is also antioxidant and probiotic-rich.
The package says you can mix it into a hot or cold latte, but I used hot soy milk. It’s delish!
I hope your summer is going well and that you’re finding little ways to indulge in the luxuries of the season, whether it’s a comy go-to sweatshirt or a warm latte on a chilly morning.
Drop your favorite cozy drinks below!
I’ll check in soon.
